The people of Kerala are the simplest and most realistic people. They like to live in their own world of simplicity and originality. They are known as “keralitas”, since they are native to Kerala. The people of Kerala are very protective of their religion and ancient practices, rituals and traditions. They are proud of their culture and will do everything possible to preserve them. Keralites lifestyle is simple and they seem happy and happy with the simple pleasures of life.

The people of Kerala speak Malayalam. These people place a lot of emphasis on education and ensure that the younger generation knows the religious teachings of their culture. Keralites are also very progressive in terms of cleanliness, medical care and quality of physical life. Most people speak English and point out that their children receive education at least up to the primary level.

The people of Kerala dress very ordinarily. They do not believe in showing off. Malayaly’s lifestyle is modest. They are happy with the quality of life they lead. As for food, they are very particular about their health and are aware of following a balanced diet. They seek mental satisfaction rather than materialistic pleasures. Women dress in the unique traditional attire called Set Mundu, which requires skillfully covering two pieces of long cloth on itself, the dress is something similar to a sari, worn over a blouse. Men mostly wear white mundu (dhoti) with a cotton shirt or “lungi” (a dress similar to a pareo) with a towel on top. The men of the cities wear pants and shirts, and the women, saris. The younger generation follows fashion and wears from jeans to Salwar Kameez.
